Question 1

How does the Amazon Flex 40-hour rolling limit work?

Accepted Answer

Amazon Flex enforces a rolling 7-day limit where you can work a maximum of 40 hours within any consecutive 7-day window (not a fixed Monday-to-Sunday calendar week). Each day, the hours you completed 7 days ago drop off at midnight, and today's hours are added. If your rolling 7-day total reaches 40 hours, Amazon Flex soft-caps your account and prevents you from seeing or accepting new delivery offers until older hours roll off.

Question 2

How do I track my rolling 7-day hours on Amazon Flex so I don't get soft-capped?

Accepted Answer

MyFlex Logger automatically calculates your exact rolling 7-day total by analyzing your completed and scheduled delivery blocks. It shows how many hours you have worked over the last 6 days plus today, warns you when you approach the 40-hour cap, and forecasts exactly how many hours will roll off tomorrow so you can claim high-paying surge blocks without hitting a soft-cap.

Question 3

How does MyFlex Logger calculate rolling windows and daily caps dynamically?

Accepted Answer

MyFlex Logger maintains a continuous rolling time-series window. Every block you log or import via screenshot is mapped to its precise start/end timestamps. The engine continuously aggregates hours worked in the preceding 168 hours (7 days) and checks against both the daily 8-hour shift ceiling and the 40-hour weekly rolling cap.
